About the Role

We have a great new opportunity at a creative digital agency who are on the lookout for a fantastic
and energetic Office Manager / Executive assistant who will be responsible for creating &
maintaining a pleasant and effective working environment in their Shoreditch offices alongside
providing administrative support to our CEO and MD.
The ideal EA/Office Manager candidate will thrive in a busy environment often undertaking multiple
tasks at once and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be a key part of the
team being a people person who is wants to create and maintain strong relationships with everyone.
You’ll have exceptional organisational skills but will also bring a creative energy to the team –
helping the HR manager to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement, such as coming
up with exciting new event and wellbeing ideas.

Salary is £30,000-35,000K depending on experience.
Requirements
Key skills to include:
1-2 years work experience as admin assistant or EA/PA
Excellent MS office skills, particularly word and excel
Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
Great verbal and written communication skills
Experience working/ making amends to legal contracts
A confident person who is able to build relationships easily
